Midterm Tips for Freshmen

  1. Set aside time from family, friends, sports, and work to study for each exam.
  2. Eat a healthy breakfast before school on exam days.
  3. Be sure to get plenty of sleep during exam week.
  4. Look over class notes and old tests to help you prepare.
  5. Take it seriously. Your midterm grades factor into your overall GPA.
  6. Take advantage of study guides and help from teachers to review material.
  7. Get organized!
  8. Make a study schedule and stick to it.
  9. Do not cram!
  10. If all fails, you can always redeem yourself in the final exams.
