The Game of Games: Resident Evil 3

Resident Evil 3 was released on April 3rd, 2020. Ever since the moment it came out, the game was nearly sold out within the first day. Resident Evil has had many remakes and many sequels, but the movies are nothing compared to how amazingly put together the game is. It’s in the genre of survival horror and let me tell you, it’s exactly what it sounds like.

Resident Evil has always been my all-time favorite PS4 game. It has the perfect amount of horror, the perfect plot, and you have the option to replay it all over again for good measure in case you missed something the first time! It’s amazing. It is a game that Microsoft should be very proud of creating. It is a game that will be legendary for many years to come. This is a game where you always have to be on high alert because you never know who or what will be lurking around the corner. In this case, it wasn’t only zombies to worry about, there was a new dominance in the game. It goes by the name of Nemesis. There isn’t a time where this monster isn’t near. He is strong and he is scary. Watch out at all times, if not, it’s all over.

Resident Evil 3 also feels real. What I mean by that is that you feel like you’re actually in the game. It feels like you are actually the character that you’re playing as, which never ceases to amaze me. It gives survival guides as if the world is really in a zombie apocalypse. With the world being hit with something unexpected, it’s almost as if we have no choice but to take it in and remember all the information we’ve learned. This is one of the top reasons why it’s a very popular game. This is also why it’s – in my obvious opinion – one of the best games ever made.
