On December 20, 2016, Congressman Cummings and many other delegates are hosting a “Safe Space” Conversation from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. This event will be to present to help organize opinions, ideas, and strategies moving forward in the light of concerns raised by recent “hate” events in Howard County. HCPSS students are strongly encouraged to attend.
