The date for prom has officially been selected and will take place on April 30th at the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore. With prom only a few months away it’s time to start thinking about what to wear. Knowing that good quality prom dresses can be extremely expensive, here are a few stores that have fairly affordable dresses that are still of great quality:
Often a fan favorite for homecoming, Lulus has pretty inexpensive prom dresses. Lulus has a variety of options, however, the dresses seem to range from very simple to very flashy with no in-between. That being said, it all depends on what kind of dress you’re looking for.

Windsor is a go-to store for many who are seeking to buy a good quality prom dress for a not-so-good quality prom dress price.
Their website has many different styles if you are the type who enjoys having many options. Dresses range from simple and solid in color to flashy and sparkly.
On their website prices range from $20-$120 but dresses are typically priced at $50-$70.
Windsor is also a good option if you are not seeking to buy your dress online and would rather try it on first. Although there are fewer options to choose from than on their website, there is a Windsor store inside the Columbia mall that would be a great place to visit.
This website is not as commonly known as Windsor and Lulus, but just as great. You can find more unique options with elements that still keep with current trends. In general, the dresses tend to be on the simpler side as far as structure goes, but make up for it with the details.
