Where I’m from I’ve been taught the money goes to more than I want. I’ve had to listen to my mom and dad fight over addition tendencies that my dad had. I was taught that you have more than just blood-related family

Where I’m from, kids aren’t told the lies of the world. Kids are raised to know what is wrong with society

Where I’m from the phrase “The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb” is how I see life, I don’t care about familial ties as sometimes you don’t need a blood family to be loved or cared for.
